please train your officer to improve their manner. so rude for no reason. people ask nicely, then answer nicely la. why act like we owe you something?

Called them via phone and they reply u nicely & professionally. Just Pandan Indah area got so many car repair shop didn't buy "parking khas" but MPAJ didn't take action. Should MPAJ set-up a booth there check every 30 mins if the shop owner illegally occupy the public car park, give the shop owner saman kaw kaw.

2 lifts out of 3 stopped, during busy midday. Guards are nice. But counter officers act as if you owe them, instead of your taxes paying for them.
