All staff are friendly. Only one Chinese aunty staff is rude. Saw her twice in shop, rude in anwering answers. She thought she knew everything, but information given was wrong. Act like manager or superviser. Tats unacceptable behavior.
The customer service is truly awful as two of the staffs were rude to my mother whose intention was to help me to pay my bill while I was at work. Honestly, this has made me think that I will most definitely terminate the broadband subscription that I currently have. Terrible customer service, really. Worst of many.
