Absolutely terrible service, instead of delivering with 3 days, just pick up took 3 weeks. And then after 1 week I got my letter back to me without any explanations. Just spent money and time without any result. Absolutely terrible!!!! I would not suggest using this service to anyone.

The customer service Dalilah Anis and Ikmalina are very helpful . They help to solve all my issue on time. Good job !
