broke my new aircon part and then told me it is due to wear and tear. price was way higher than published in the website. Told me my aircon is not dirty but still use chemical without any discussion. my aircon is now not so vool as before. not recommended.
Did an overhaul a/c service only to have the same leaking problem after 90days. Their most premium service only has warranty for a mere 2 months Plus they broke my LED indicator holder. When asked about it, they told me that they will come and check but strongly hinted that they will charge me again to rectify their poor service
The advertised price is so misleading. I was charged so much more. They did not provide details at first, but after cleaning said this is not normal cleaning.
