My go-to fix for Penang Assam Laksa whenever I miss a taste of home. Just boil the soup and add on any ingredients you like. You can also use canned sardine (drain away the sauce) if there isn't any fresh ikan kembung (especially for those who live overseas). Use less water for the soup to be kau kau! Highly recommended. Ho chiak!

My favourite Talentcook Curry Mee Paste for cooking this seafood veggie. It makes cooking so quick and convenient and its so delicious and have a nice flavour. Highly recommended.
