The worst company to deal with. FE haven’t expired but suddenly came to renew. Said few days will send it back but it the end took over a month to deliver. Not going to use this company again. To those who looking for FE company this is NOT RECOMMENDED. Btw i am still waiting for my label on my 2 FE. 2 came with label and 2 without.
As what other people reviewed here, let me share my experience. 1. Suka suka come whenever they want, submit invoice, and forcefully demand payment even before they pick up the old FE. Somemore demand for cash. Refuse bank …
It should be a zero rating that you deserve. Kindly buck-up your services or just pack -up. Tried all the extensions including the Operator's and HR department's unfortunately non was attended by anyone.
