One of your staff (kelantan guy) sitting to the next main counter (occupied by chinese lady) is not welcoming and arrogant. He is lucky enough not to receive a long-hold punch in face. Please teach him a good customer service. This happened not only this time but almost everytime.
Staff sometimes arrogant. Especially at the counter. However electrical good are fairly priced
