To the boss: I had very very bad experience working with your sales rep Lili. Called her, no answer. And while I was calling her on Whatsapp, I saw she is online but did not reply me. Called her again the next day and she gave a stupid excuse that she broke her phone. And when I tried calling today, the phone is working. I was not impressed at all and I will not be recommending your services to anyone.
