THIS IS NOT KENWOOD SERVICE CENTRE. THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT KENWOOD APPLIANCES. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. TMT SERVICE CENTRE CITTA MALL NEEDS TO UPDATE THESE FACTS ONLINE AND REMOVE THEMSELVES FROM APPEARING AS KENWOOD SERVICE CENTRE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE RECEIVES THIS FALSE INFORMATION.
They had relocate their service center to Lake Field, warranty card n google search still showing Kenwood service center at Citta mall. Felt frustrated while you spent hour travelling n found out this was not the right place.???? …
Ordering spare parts took 3 and half months, they've never provided any information during that time I had to call everytime to get the answer: " I don't know, still on the way, may be by the end of this month".

The customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone and don't provide any information or updates on the status of my order. It's been over 3 months and they still don't have my spare parts.
