0 star. Next time please put it on the Web that you guys are only opened to appointment based customers only. We went all the way from gombak but was not allowed in!

Terrible sales team,especially Dave..unhelpful even though purchase from them many times.. basically doesn’t care and respect customers time …

you have to make an appointment to enter the store. policy since January 2022. not sure why now that pandemic is nearly over. wasted my time travelling there. ridiculous!
