The stairway leading to the main entrance is long, to get to the other entrance there is no adequate parking space, this is one of the most important buildings in the campus, it is supposed to have better location!

I wanted to give no star but, Google doesn’t allowed you to do so. NUR FADHILAH BINTI KOSIM is so freaking RUDE and doesn’t qualify to be the customer service officer and manned the front counter if she dont know how to respect and talk to people properly. USM pls send her for class to give her some education. May be she lack of that.
