I had a terrible experience with iRobot Roomba Vacuum Cleaner Malaysia. The customer service was non-existent. I called multiple times and no one answered. When I finally spoke to a representative named Ron, he was extremely unhelpful and rude. He sounded like he was half-asleep and refused to pass me to a manager when I requested. I will never purchase their products again and will not recommend them to anyone.
