Totally don’t have manner how to talk and behave. Try to educate your staff how to communicate and give solutions. Very bad services
very bad attitude. I just called the department to ask for suggestion to do some program at school that is weak at subject science and the operator just hang up while im still talking.
Ridiculous attitude at payment counter! Not allow to photostat just one single page of payment document when the next door unit was allowed! Keep delay the process of payment and closed the counter at 3:15pm!!!!
