Very bad queue system. Now in in year 2023 with high populated area especially Bintulu, still using old style queue. No initiatives & improvements to be made in your working site. JPJ higher officer, please jgn tidur. Cepat2 la pencen. Bagi anak muda yg berinovasi take over your place.

Limited facility.. as to the date, still required printed paper resit even after made payment online on government portal. Expecting smooth transaction (just collect document as transaction already made online mysikap) but now still using old method - que for the turn at counter
