Poor customer service from the so called ‘manager’ here name Jimmy. Was asking on whatsapp whether this company could supply their products to my new restaurant located in Midvalley Mall, only met with automated reply and “ni dari mana” …

We call their hp number and office number nobody answer. Whatsapp their hp number that is from website also nobody reply. Seen and no reply. Then what for is advertising on contact info? Waste of time.
