Booked one class when I was visiting KK. Almost had to miss the class but Regina was very accomodating. Enjoyed the class very much, Regina provided feedback for me to perform the exercise correctly. Would attend classes here frequently if I was based in KK.

Regina is a very patience instructor. Only certified Pilates trainer in KK.

Group workouts on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Led by a health and fitness couple coaches.
