Overall a good experience, although the online booking system is severely flawed and my appointment request was somehow ‘lost’ or ‘ignored’. Didn’t have to wait too long for doctor. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Diagnostics and treatment quick and efficient.
Good place to treat sport and physical injuries. But telephonists not well trained. The way they answer is like no good doctor or therapist in the medical centre. No dr around, finish... Or transfer the line then cut off. Or dr in another …
If you have time to waste for the day, please do attend this hospital! It’s the best one yet! The appointment was at 11.30AM and 2 hours later, we were still waiting! It’s such an honour to wait for that long just to find out the staff …
