They are better than AirAsia and definitely definitely better than malindo airlines. The checkin process was smooth , and boarding was on time and the seats were comfortable.
The customer service aren't really helpful. They never pick your phone. Because they know that customer need to reschedule or refund their request. Worst airline in Malaysia.
Disabled-unfriendly service on the local malaysian flights. Was told they dont offer wheelchair assistance to seat unless with a medical letter and submitted 2 weeks in advance.
