The doctors and nurses are nice. However, it took more than an hour to be discharged from the hospital, and the calculation department still couldn't figure out how much the hospitalization medical expenses were and how much the refunded payment was. The staff of the calculation department showed rude faces as if they owed them money.
Myself & wife consulted orthopaedic dr ooi chee lean at metro sp & would like to give a bad review because dr is not patient friendly & possess a proud & rude attitude while talking. …
Used to be good. I came here frequently, every year, for medical check ups etc for the last 5-6 years. Now they seemed to be less efficient, the front desk staff do not communicate or pass message accordingly, leaving patients not clear …
