Service here definitely awful... Not helpful at all. malay girl and indian boy are sitting in the counter like doing nothing.couldnt solve out the passager problem and delay our journey to work. system always offline! Unbelievable.

Environment and condition are good, but the service here is not good. When my son asked to buy a daily pass, it was told the machine is out of order, not able to process, so my son had to pay a higher rate for his journey.

Nothing much to comment. Last time quite a number of leaking issue and escalator not working, now escalator fix. Not sure about leaking issue now
