Personally I liked the experience when dealing there. I had made many name tags for my school prefects and staff. The staff there were helpful and friendly. MT replaced/repair any tags that had post production problems free of charge and promptly. I would recommend anyone looking to make badges, trophies, or VIP gifts to visit them.
