So so, just okay. Wish they will allow other payment methods besides cash only. Also, I hope they can consider to open for business 7 days a week like their counterparts in West Malaysia.

The staffs are quite friendly and will answer any questions asked. However, most of the time, there seemed to be lack of staffs at the counter as the service is slow but you will not encounter this problem during covid times.

Need to improve on your serivice in all aspects. Have to use number just to pick items at the counter but the service is very slow. Worst still, the officer on duty is chewing gum.
