Petaling Jaya City Council reviews
This is the worst council where not a single ext picked up my call - for days . The poor operator has to connect to the ext but not one extention ever gets through including perkhidmatan awam. What a sorry state you are in MBPJ. I would have not even given u even 1 star if I have a choice.
MBPJ needs to be more customer friendly. When you send a bill for payment - add a PAY NOW function to enable convenient payment online. Can't even renew a license online.
