Today I was there to send two mails. One to Germany and another to Singapore. The A4 envelope was heavier but the lady weighed it, calculated and asked me for RM21.90 whereas the small envelope to Singapore they wanted to charge RM33 ????????. …
Service very slow, 2 queue have to wait more than 30minute, there is only 1 COUNTER on duty!!! BRAVO???????? …
