Called in a day earlier, spoke to Sister Zainab to schedule GTT and checkup prior to my roadtrip to Thailand. Arrived and was told by the front counter staff (atmosphere- eerie, quiet and dark) that “no stock”. Explained that i have calledin to check earlier, but not helpful. No apologies were offered.
