The radio staff is so rude. I can hear the staff talking behind the phone (malas nk layan etc2). If u guys cannot trace the report or the job is so much for you, do not comw to work then.

I had to wait for a long time for my appointment. The reservation system is not efficient at all. The staff were not very helpful in addressing the issue. Overall, the wait time was very frustrating.
