We tried the original Bankara ramen and it was not bad. But it was too 'heng' for one person to finish on their own. We did love the salad and croquette!
It felt like I was back in Japan. I ordered their signature ramen, which satisfied my craving for ramen. I got the pork belly top up, which is too fatty for my liking, so I'll skip that next time. I think the secret to enjoy their noodles is to drizzle their vinegar or chilli oil on the noodles on your spoon.
