One of the worst service ever, avoid at all cost, HQ instructed us to use them as they came in cheaper than other quotations, but within 3 months of completion defects and warranty repairs were ignored, we had to press hard to get things fixed. It was a very frustrating experience.
I had a terrible experience with RC & A Refrigeration Parts Supplies. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Whenever I called to inquire about my warranty repairs, they were dismissive and evasive. It took weeks of back and forth to finally get them to fix the defects in my appliance. Stay away from this company!
