The opening time supposed to b 8am but the door is closed with notice said 8.30am to 4.30pm. People are waiting there along the staircase. I waited til 8.43am n the door is still locked. Later, one person kindly informed that staff is jammed at traffic.
Very rude employees, no respect for customers at all. It doesn't cost a cent to be nice and tegur people nicely instead of yelling in their faces. If you don't want to respect people don't work and treat other people badly. They act as if their parents own the company. Please. Respect.
I would give this place zero star if there is such option. They said candidates can just walk-in to take the test but apparently it is not on walk-in basis because the slots available each day are limited. Please just state clearly that …
