Decent apartment, especially for low cost rent. Very spacious also, can comfortably fit 5 person per unit (can fit more if you don't mind being cramped). Tapi maintenance agak kurang, tangga always bau hancing kencing kucing and I've seen the same stain (presumed cat feces) on the floor for about a month already.
