Few days ago, I ordered two uniforms from their online store. While checking on the uniforms after I've received it, I found that there was a big yellow color stain on one of the uniform's collar. I strongly suspect that it was caused by the company's negligence. I contacted their customer service and they were really helpful. They apologized for the mistake and immediately sent me a replacement uniform without any additional charges. Overall, I am satisfied with their customer service.
