This place made it incredible difficult for my husband, who had our two young sons with him to purchase anything. They don’t allow prams and don’t have any e- wallet options and customer service was unhelpful. Really disappointing for an international brand such as Smiggle. This is why people buy online and not retail.

My visit was horribly interrupted by the staff yelling at someone. I was gave that silent and ignorant look as I was trying to pick out something. It was scary to talk to the bald guy as he frowned and made looks of displeasure. I mean, god!!

I bought a lot of bags in this store. My kids also love them. Today i come again to buy a bag for my boy. They said the stroller cant go in. …
