Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff, tak sombong. haha, Went there to see bookshelf speaker, coming from soundbar user, a bit blurry in what bookshelf can offer. I asked for a few, that saw positive online review. Staff pull them out for me to hear. Can see they prefer people sit down and listen, instead of demo room, that less realistic since will be different in own house. Good attempt in sharing to the consumer. Still deciding, since need to hear few more models from elsewhere, don't want to get the feeling 'what if...' Very informative staff unlike elsewhere
