Company person in-charge very patient to explain all details of product. Product quality from Korea very good.

Bad stubborn brown water emitted, and filter not of good quality. I asked others to open my external filter, just have 1 feet of sand carbon mixture inside. Working fine after putting 4 ft of new stone/sand mixture.
