Placed an order for granite stones with markings. Supposed to be completed 2 weeks after payment. Now 4 months later, and work is not even half completed. When calling for updates, the person handling my job doesn't pick up. Finally visited them, they still couldn't give a definitive answer. It is as if they are closing business soon.
