Went for 1 hour foot reflexology and shoulder. Felt like the best thing I did in the longest time. For shoulder, started off with neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, and hands. And stretched the spine too. Uff ???? and the foot massage was amazing too, up to below knee. My legs just felt light like feather after that …
