Owner is friendly. Procedure of check in is clear and simple. Have parking space. reasonable price. Room is clean and neat. the only issue is the bathroom tiles is quite slippery. other than that all good. very recommended

The house we stayed was clean and nice. The one and only dissatisfaction was the elevator. It took us almost 15 - 20 minutes waited as we stayed at Level 1. And how is possible all the tenants used the Bomba lift while the other 2 lifts direct us straight away to the parking area instead G level. It is so much inconvenient tho.

The surrounding at the upper floors is satisfactory. The elevator going to lower ground is only one, therefore it is not enough to cater for all the residents going up from LG. A bit smelly near the elevator and the parking lots at LG. …
